Terms and Conditions

1. Provider identification

2. Purpose and acceptance

We offer personalized products that the customer designs or configures using our online tools. Use of the store implies full acceptance of these terms, of our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.

3. User account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out with them. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Personalized products

Our products are made to order according to the specifications you define (design, text, images, color, and size). Before production, you can view a preview of the product. By confirming and paying for your order, you approve the design for production.

There may be minor variations inherent to personalization and printing (for example, slight color differences between the screen and the physical product), which do not constitute a defect.

5. Customer content and rights

By uploading images, text, or designs, you declare that you are the rights holder or that you have authorization to use them, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce them solely for the purpose of producing your order.

Content that infringes third-party rights (trademarks, copyright, image rights) or unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content is not permitted. We may reject or cancel orders whose content fails to comply with the above. Responsibility for the content provided lies with the customer.

6. Purchase process and formation of the contract

To purchase, you select the product, personalize it, add it to the cart, and complete payment. After the order, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

The acknowledgment of receipt confirms that we received your order, but the contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order, once payment and availability have been verified. If we cannot accept it, we will inform you and refund any amount charged.

7. Prices, taxes, and invoicing (DTE)

• Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and include the 13% Tax on the Transfer of Movable Goods and the Provision of Services, VAT (IVA).
• Shipping costs are shown before payment is confirmed.
• For each purchase we issue the corresponding Documento Tributario Electrónico (DTE). You must provide the data required to issue it.
• We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting the order.

8. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods enabled at checkout, which may include cash on delivery, card via our payment gateway, and bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely by the payment provider.

Because these are made-to-order products, a 50% advance of the total is required when you confirm the order in order to begin production. The remaining 50% is paid before dispatch or on delivery, depending on the agreed payment method.

9. Availability and errors

The availability of products and promotions may vary. If, after your order, a product is unavailable or an error is detected in the price or description, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

10. Shipping

The conditions, coverage, timeframes, and delivery costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Shipments are currently made within El Salvador; for international orders we coordinate via WhatsApp.

11. Returns

Because these are made-to-order products, special return conditions apply, as described in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not limit the legal warranties to which you are entitled as a consumer.

12. Intellectual property of the site

The trademarks, the JustSV logo, the site design, the text, and the images of the store are the property of JUSTSV, Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada de Capital Variable or its licensors, and may not be used without authorization.

13. Acceptable use

You agree to use the store lawfully and not to carry out actions that damage it, overload it, compromise its security, or infringe third-party rights.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from use of the store. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the warranties and non-waivable rights that the Consumer Protection Law grants you.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, in particular the E-Commerce Law (Legislative Decree 463 of 2019) and the Consumer Protection Law (Legislative Decree 776 of 2005). As a consumer, you may file complaints with the Defensoría del Consumidor (Consumer Ombudsman).

16. Language

These documents are drafted in Spanish, which is the prevailing version. The English and Portuguese versions are courtesy translations; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish text governs.

17. Modifications

We may update these terms. The current version will be the one published on this page with its update date; orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
